Terms and package rules

Prices

• 1 credit = one 2-hour session. A single session is RM70, paid before the session.
• 42 credits: RM2100, paid upfront, valid 12 months, with free jersey, free t-shirt, free ball.
• 28 credits: RM1400, paid upfront, valid 8 months (32 weeks), with free t-shirt, free ball.
• 14 credits: RM700, paid upfront, valid 4 months (17 weeks), with free t-shirt.
• 10 credits: RM550, paid upfront, valid 3 months (13 weeks).
• 5 credits: RM315, paid upfront, valid 2 months (8 weeks).
• Trial session: free. You only pay if your child joins after the trial.

Paying

Bank transfer (preferred) or cheque, payable to Dragons Academy, CIMB Bank account 8604763234. Please put your child's name as the payment reference. There is no online card payment for now.

How long a package lasts

Credits not used within the validity period expire.

Missed sessions and make-ups

• If your child can't make a session, tell us at least 48 hours before. The credit stays in your package. With less notice, the credit is used.
• For a last-minute emergency, please contact your child's coach.
• To book a replacement session, message us on WhatsApp. Booking a replacement uses a credit straight away. If your child can't make it, tell us at least 48 hours before to move it again, or the credit is used.
• Replacement sessions must be used before the package expires.

Sessions we cancel

If we cancel a session (for example, the venue is unavailable), we tell you on WhatsApp and no credit is used.

Health and injury

Tell us about any medical condition or injury before your child trains.

Conduct

We expect players, parents and coaches to treat each other with respect.

Changes

We may change prices or these rules with notice to parents. Packages already paid for keep the rules they were bought under.
