Who we share it with
Our coaches and staff, and the service providers that run our booking, messaging and website systems, such as our website host, Google (registration forms) and Meta (WhatsApp). Some of these store data outside Malaysia. We never sell personal data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
Photos and videos
We use a child's photo or video only with a parent's written consent, and their first name only with separate consent. We never publish a child's school, home area or surname. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will remove the content from our website and social channels.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you or your child, correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Contact us. We reply within 21 days, as the PDPA requires.
Is it compulsory?
We need your name, WhatsApp number and your child's age to book a class. Without them we can't confirm a booking. Everything else is optional.
