KL Dragons rebranded

KL Dragons, represents our vision to build a strong sports & entertainment community in Malaysia, based in the capital of Kuala Lumpur.

We previously incorporated Westports into our name as part of their entitlement. Westports remains a long-term strategic partner, however, we felt that reverting to our original name at inception in 2009 brings the focus back to you, our fans, and the landmark capital city of Kuala Lumpur.
We would like to thank you all for your continued support as we usher in a new and exciting era for the KL Dragons. Onwards and upwards !

大本营位于吉隆坡的吉隆坡猛龙体现了我们在马来西亚建立一个强大体育与娱乐社区的志向。

球队事前将“西港”纳入到球队名中以表球队属西港旗下。至今西港仍是我们的长期合作伙伴，但我们认为我们有必要将队名重新命名为起初2009年的吉隆坡猛龙，以重新将目光转移到我们的粉丝们以及我们具标志性的首都吉隆坡。

球队想谢谢所以粉丝们一直以来的支持，望我们一同迎接吉隆坡猛龙令人期待且全新的时代！勇往直前！
